I have always been passionate about health and wellness, but it wasn't until I faced several chronic health conditions that I fully committed to making significant lifestyle changes. I knew that medication alone would not be enough to manage my challenges, so I turned to nutrition, stress management, and made other lifestyle improvements to regain control of my health. As a result, I was able to transform my health, ultimately changing all of my chronic conditions.
Inspired by my success, I entered into the field of Naturopathy and dedicated my life towards helping others to achieve wellness.
For over three decades, I have had the privilege of witnessing many regain their health through my seminars and workshops, radio and television broadcasts, and personalized health coaching. It is always an honor to help individuals achieve their health goals and live their best lives.
